No lyrics on AppleTV 13.2 if song started in Music app on MacOS 10.15.1

When I am in the Music app on MacOS, I click the airplay Icon and "Switch to" my Apple TV. If I select a song, it will start playing, but the lyrics don't show up. If I then grab my AppleTV remote, select the same some via the UI on AppleTV, the song plays and the lyrics appear. It seems that if the song is initiated on a Mac, it doesn't display lyrics. When Music is simply acting as a remote, it seems the AppleTV should show lyrics. If I close Music on my Mac, it will keep playing on AppleTV, so I know it isn't streaming from my Mac. Is there a setting I need to change or is there a bug?
