Hi Haven't used my I pad in a while No
w it has a Black screen w/Apple Logo Will not do anything!

It looks like your device is frozen, what you can do is hold down the power button until the apple logo disappears, wait 30 seconds and start up your device. refer to-If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen-https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412
