AEServer?

In "Preferences" tab and in selecting "Security and Privacy" and finally selecting "Accessibility" there is a box that is unchecked entitled "AEServer" What is AEServer and what does it do for my Imac that I purchased three months ago running macOS Catalina? Should I check that box or leave it as is unchecked in Security and Privacy?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.13

I believe that could be Apple Events Service. I have an Automator Service which has prerecorded mouse clicks and it threw the following error. After enabling the AEServer in "Security and Privacy" "Accessibility", the error no longer blocks the Service. If you don't know what needs this access, I would leave it unchecked, but if an Automator Service and you see this error, this is what needs to be given permission.

The action “Watch Me Do” encountered an error: This application must be allowed to control this computer using accessibility features, using the Security & Privacy preferences located in System Preferences, before using ‘Watch Me Do’
