email setup script not working.

I've got scripts from Hostmonster that automatically setup email in MacOS for my accounts. Unfortunately, when I run the scripts, and they do succeed, they never show up in MacOS Mail or Internet Accounts. Is there soemething I am doing wrong? I've installed these on Mojave many times with no problem.
