Naming desktop versions

Does anyone know if you're able to name desktop versions, rather than having them Desktop 1, Desktop 2, Desktop 3 etc? I have a separate desktop for different client work, so would make flicking between them using F3 really easy. Thanks,

There's a third party app in the Mac App Store that I made and might solve your problem -- if you're looking to give Spaces persistent names. It also tracks how you spend time across Spaces and your Apps, and gives you a way to jump directly between them.

The app's website is CurrentKey.com and here is the direct App Store link.

I launched the app in May and I'm already to version 2.2, working hard on a big 2.5 release. Because macOS APIs are limited, the names stay in the app and don't show up in Mission Control. But they are persistent.

Hope that helps! - Spencer
