Hello I’ve tried to purchase a product in a game but it said “your purchase could not be completed” and it sends me to this website.

iPad Pro, iOS 13

It doesn't send you to this website, these are user forums. To do as instructed : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
