My MacBook Pro Retina (mid 2012) will not access the internet.
It connects to the WiFi router however it does nothing afterwood. No data transmits either way. It cannot access any web pages etc.. Same thing when connected to a wired internet (ethernet). I've also noticed that all commands are being executed very very slow. The beachball pointer shows up for as simple as a print request. I tried to access diagnostics by powering on the computer and holding "D" however that process is requiring me to have access to the internet. Has anyone had this issue or know what I should do? I am not close to an Apple store or service center. Is there a diagnostic tool that I can download to a jump drive and run on my MacBook.
