fuzzy lines on iphone xr screen

ive noticed lately that i have these very faint flickering lines on the screen of my phone. i have an iphone xr. ive had it almost a year and this just started happening. is my screen about to go out? do i need to discuss this with my phone carrier? i have insurance on the phone.
