Is there any way to get the apple id lock removed from a lost phone??

In addition to all the other responses, what you should do is the right thing and turn over the lost iPhone to your local police. Why should you have any right to use someone's lost device?

Apple will not help you. We cannot help you. You can use the phone as a coaster if you insist on keeping it. But using it as a phone is never going to happen unless you know the person who lost the phone.
