Phone problems on watch

My watch can make and receive calls but the person can not hear me but I can hear them. What can I do to make it work right?

Check to see if the Microphone on your watch is clogged with dirt. Also, review your Siri and sound settings.

Can’t get Siri to answer....she says could not understand could you say again?
