Green Screen iPhone 11

Do you have issues with this taking screenshots in the same application? If this occurs everywhere you take screenshots from I suggest you set your iPhone to factory settings and see if the issue persists. (make sure to backup before restoring!)

If it's software related, a factory restore most likely resolves this issue. If not you should bring it back to the Apple Store, or the store where you purchased it from.

I suggest you to try the stock camera app, if this issue is still present then a factory restore wouldn’t be a bad idea.

if it’s software related (3rd party apps) it’s more of a compatibility issue on their end with the newest iPhone.

Always make sure you keep iOS and all of your apps up-to-date to prevent these weird glitches or bugs.
