I'm buying a phone for uncle who lives in Dominican Republic and wonder what the true benefits are for him since it won't be activated in USA. Will he be able to get screen replaced for 29 and whole phone for 99 if accident. Will they be able to fix any warranty issues over the two years since phone was not bought in that country?
