ApplePay on Mac gives error "Payment not completed"

On my MacBook Pro 13" with Touch Bar I got the next issue while trying to pay with Apple Pay.

I also have launched Apple Pay on my iPhone 8, and the Apple Pay there works perfect.

The settings are all good, the address and everything else was stetted correctly, on iPhone I have enabled "pay on Mac" switch.

So even don't know what else should I do to fix the issue.

Any ideas?
