After installing catalina I can't use the "right mouseclick"

Reboot and try again.
If no resolve you can Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

Are you using a Logitech mouse? If so, then you will need to dump the old drivers and install the latest versions. Once they are in, reboot your system. This should fix the problem. I'm running the logi panel version 3.9.10 which seems to be working correctly. You may also need to adjust the settings in the Security & Privacy panel to allow the drivers permission to access the mouse. This is a good place to start with your issue. Hope this helps.
