Failing to update my IPAD PRO from IpadOS 13.1 to IPadOS 13.2.3

I have failed to update my IPAD PRO from IpadOS13.1 to IpadOS 13.2.3. The update keep spinning for the past 5 days without actually indicating the estimated time to finish updating. How do I go about it? My wi-fi connection is fairly good

You may want to hold off updating.

A growing minority of iPad Pro user are reporting severe battery drain since updating to iPadOS 13.2.3.

It does not appear to be widespread, yet, but you may want to avoid the iPadOS 13.2.3 update and wait for the next iPadOS point update.
