My iPhone 11 Pro is heating up while charging with the 18 w adapter which is provided by apple. (Especially bottom of the phone) Do you have the same problem? Is it normal? I am not using the phone while charging it.

Don't worry, unless you really run into troubles (phone not charging, battery draining, any warning). Apple has built in security measures/features in order to dynamically adjust the current going to the battery to maintain the integrity of the battery's health.
It's not abnormal that it gets warm.
