When you click on your apple id at the top of your settings and scroll down and see which devices/accounts are there does it mean they can see what pictures and tabs you save?

But I let my brother use my Apple ID because he forgot his. I never shared any photos with him, so I didn’t see any pictures he took from his phone on to mine. However, I saw that Family Sharing was on. There was no other members on there but me, so does it mean he can still see what I save?
They can see your pictures if you have synced them to iCloud. If tabs means Safari tabs, they can see them if you are syncing them to iCloud.
how do I know if it’s synced?
Go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and see if Photos and Safari syncing are switched on (green).
Also if I permanently delete them from Recently Deleted will it still stay on the other device?
He can see what you have synced to iCloud. If you delete the photos from the Recently Deleted album, they should delete on his device.
