Apple TV in Greece
I plan to purchase an Apple TV for my vacation home in Athens at the local Apple store there.
My question is, will I be able to switch the menu in English since my husband is American and don’t speak/read Greek?

The user interface (menu) language can be any language that you want, unrelated to the Apple ID region and/or the geo-location region. You can set it during setup, or change it later at any time.
In contrast, content (e.g. movies) may have audio tracks and subtitle options in languages that are based on the local region, which may or may not include English, depending on the producers of that content.
