Recently I have had a lot of websites in my top hits to do with security and malware prevention, and removal although it's not in my search history here are some screenshots by the way the only reason I typed the website in the search bar is so it would come up easily I found these websites just by typing the first letter of each one

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

If you go to Settings/Safari/Search and turn Preload Top Hit off, does that change the behavior you are seeing?

I may be misunderstanding your response. Turning that off will only affect future searches. It won't remove what has already downloaded.
