What are the health apps and costs for Series 5?

The AppleWatch Series 5 has a Health App and Fall Detection and an ECG/EKG feature. In addition it has an Activity App. The costs will vary depending on the type of watch you purchase. Just Google Apple Watch Series 5 prices.
