control center gone after upgrading to ios 13.3

after upgrading my x pro to 13.3 control center button is gone. swiping (from top right corner down) brings me the search mask.

Are you really on iOS 13.3? If so, is that a beta version since it is not available yet? That might be part of the problem.

true. its a beta. but why would apple scratch the cc? or why would nobody notice, its gone?
