Old Apple ID Password

I got a new phone and tried to transfer my data but its asking for the apple ID password of an apple ID account that is so old my sister can't remember the password of it. I went to try to recover the password online but the email is so old it doesn't recognize it. This popup will not stop- please help asap

One option is to reset the phone to factory settings and don't restore a backup made using your sister's ID.

Restore to Factory setting

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
