Find my iPad without ICloud

Question

I have lost my Ipad2 when I set up my ipad2 it was given a different Apple ID

then the new IPhone 8+ I am typing this from now

can I locate my lost Ipad2 from my IPhone 8+ when they have 2 different Apple ID?

iPad 2, iOS 9

If a friend's device is missing

You can help a friend find their device if it's missing and has Find My [device] turned on:

Open the Find My app.
Choose the Me tab.
Select Help a Friend.
Have your friend sign in to iCloud with the Apple ID they're signed in with on their missing device.
