Iphone is in disable mode, need to get it off without loss of data

how can i get my iphone 7+ out of disabled mode without losing my data? my iphone will not show up on itunes as i have never synced it.

Once the iPhone is disabled, all data on it is not recoverable. You will have to restore it.
