Ninjago game shuts down during game startup

Game shuts down when going to start game after initial credits come on. Lego NINJAGO shadow of ronin. iPad 5 gen up to date, app up to date, deleted and reinstalled. Help!

When playing games, (Match Triple 3D, Match Fun 3D, Z Mad Magic Puzzle) we click in the icon to start, a window opens up, and then a few seconds later, the screen goes blank then reverts to the home page. I did a software up date. Turned the iPad off then on again. I also tried to open the App Store app, to check on updating the game versions, but that also had a similar issue where the App Store app would start for a few seconds, then go blank , and back to the home page. I need any help you can offer. Thanks (Also why is iPad 7th generation not listed as one of the iPad model options?)

fidelity investments mobile app on IPad crashes Fidelity Investments mobile app crashes on an IPad 11” Pro running IPadOs 15.3.1. Fidelity tech support cannot recreate problem and has no history of app crashing. Suggested I contact Apple support to determine apps running in background or virtual apps causing mobile app to crash when loading. Any help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. FYI, mobile app running on IPhone loads with no problem.

Check with the app developer. They may have issues going on that they need to fix
