Cannot delete partition on macOS Catalina

Hi, I somehow partitioned my disk. It's a different story, anyway I deleted some partitions by erasing the part and then clicking the minus sign in Disk Utility.

However, I still have the disk split into 2 parts ("Untitled" where I have my stuff and "Verze 3") and I cannot delete the "Verze 3". I read here that "Since you APFS container is the last entry (disk0s4), there is no way to grow it backwards." But the "Verze 3" is not APFS.

So what can I do know? Can I delete the entire disk and make it just one storage?

My Terminal:

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *121.3 GB   disk0

   1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk0s1

   2:                  Apple_HFS verze3                  57.6 GB    disk0s2

   3:                 Apple_APFS Container disk1         62.8 GB    disk0s3

   4:                 Apple_Boot Recovery HD             650.0 MB   disk0s4

/dev/disk1 (synthesized):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      APFS Container Scheme -                      +62.8 GB    disk1

                                 Physical Store disk0s3

   1:                APFS Volume Untitled - Data         43.8 GB    disk1s1

   2:                APFS Volume Preboot                 82.0 MB    disk1s2

   3:                APFS Volume Recovery                528.5 MB   disk1s3

   4:                APFS Volume VM                      3.2 GB     disk1s4

   5:                APFS Volume Untitled                10.7 GB    disk1s5

Have you tried deleting it from Internet Recovery Mode (Command + Option + R)?

macOS has some odd rules governing drive partitions. I'm no expert on resizing Apple partitions but since the partition is located between the EFI partition and the APFS CoreStorage Container, there is no way to actually delete it. Something always has to exist between them so I believe your only option is to erase it. The rules may be a bit different when dealing with APFS volumes within the same container.
