Nothing happens when I try to pay with Apple Pay

I can’t finish a payment with an Apple Pay. It shows Hold near reader but nothing happens. I tried in different places, I removed my card and add again. Reseting network settings didn’t help as well. Also there was a trouble with adding card: when I removed it it was telling that Apple Pay is temporarily unavailable. I don’t know how but in a few hours I managed to add it again but it still doesn’t finish a payment. I use iPhone 7, with iOS 13.2.3. Thank you!
