Apple ID Settings verification failed message

I keep getting this message on my iPhone: Update Apple ID Settings Some accounts services will not be available until you sign in again.

I keep getting a Verification Failed even if I signed in with my Mac and iPad and Im signed in on my phone with iTunes & App store.

Can it be related to my phone only? How can I fix this? Thank you
