How to recover a 'note' I've overwritten

Hi! I've very frustratingly overwritten a note that I needed. Is there anyway to recover it?

When I swipe down on my iPhone to search I can see the original note, but then when I select it the note pops up with the new content and all my previous content is not there.

Please help!
