Deleting photos on Apple TV 4K

You can delete the photos on your Apple TV 4K by logging into your iCloud account and deleting the photos from there, there is no option to delete photos on Apple TV 4K

Correct, you cannot manage your iCloud Photo Library directly from Apple TV.
