App bianche incancellabili/ White apps

Come posso cancellare le app bianche?. Non sono presenti sulla lista delle applicazioni, per questo non posso eliminarle da Generali->Spazio libero IPhone. Continuano a rimanere sulla Home del telefono e non posso ne riscaricarle perché risultano già presenti nel telefono e non posso neanche eliminarle del tutto. Come posso cancellarle?! (ITA)
