gifted songs

gifted songs sent to person email address are not receiving receipt to redeem songs . this problem just started about 3 weeks ago. will show purchased and if resend still do not produce receipt.

The directions for sending a gift can be found here: Send a gift from the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, and more.


It sounds like your account has been charged. For billing issues, please contact Apple Support.
