Download Music on to iPod Nano

I can't download music on to my sons iPod nano from iTunes, Apple Support says that I need to turn on iCloud Music on the iPod but this option doesn't appear to be available.

Downloaded Music Help I have the Apple Music subscription. I've downloaded the music to itunes that I want to be able to access without wifi. I got my kids ipods for Christmas and would like to put these songs onto their ipods, but when I disconnect from the icloud, my downloaded music disappears. Apple Music tracks can't be put onto an iPod nano.
