My iCloud storage plan upgraded again after I tried to cancel

how do I get a refund because my storage plan just started and I don’t want it so I cancelled but it’s still made me pay for this month?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It looks like you have a question about downgrading your iCloud storage, and I'd like to help.


Downgrade your iCloud storage article does show to contact Apple Support, as you may be entitled to some kind of a refund.

"* Contact Apple within 14 days of an upgrade for a refund. Partial refunds are available where required by law."


Otherwise, your downgrade will become effective after the current time period ends.
