I delet app because i dont like it and they detect money from account ,is there any way i get my money back since i do not use it

Hi I loaded app last week then I accept to try it for free for one month after that I find that apple got 38.37 $ from my bank account after I even deleted the app because I didn’t like it so how I can get my money back How I can get my money back?
