Why is there a charge for iTunes at the iTunes Store - I just joined the 3 month free trial last week?

If you mean the Apple Music free trial (there is no 'iTunes 3 month free trial') you might just be seeing a temporary authorisation hold : If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
