How do I restore my Recovery Partition on Mojave?

Reinstall Mojave by booting into Recovery Mode using Command + R. If the local recovery partition is missing or damaged, then the system should boot into Internet Recovery Mode and allow you to reinstall the same OS that is currently installed on the computer which should be Mojave.
