I can't recall ever having so many little issues with an iOS as the current one.
Screens freeze, Apps freeze, Screens take longer to load.
I have to shut Apps down to stop freezes.
When all else fails I have to restart my iPhone Xs.
Anyone else noticing this type of behaviour ?
If I look back I think it started with iOS 13 and each update I hope it will improve but it doesn't.

-Are you noticing the device/apps become unresponsive when using certain apps, or performing certain tasks only?
-When you says screens take longer to load, are you referring to internet-related tasks being performed? If so, are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular, and does it happen on multiple networks?

Be sure all of your applications are up to date as well: Update apps or use automatic downloads - Apple Support.

I consider myself very tech savvy, I beta test a lot of music software. I have an iMac based music studio. I keep my iMac and our iPhones and iPad up to date, update Apps all the time, delete Apps that don’t work, have a good wifi network at home. I read manuals and I don’t mind troubleshooting problems.
The links you suggested are interesting enough, I’ve read most of them before.
Based on all the reports I’ve read, since starting this thread, about various iOS 13.2.3 battery life issues I conclude that the iOS has major problems.
Basic apps like Safari are not performing well, they were fine in iOS 12
I can only hope 13.3 is a big improvement.
