My Apple Watch keeps sending me this message: The iTunes Store is unable to process your purchase at this time.

I have noticed that my watch is trying to update apps I have on my watch already. I don’t know why my watch won’t update those apps. The message keeps popping up on my watch and I have to exit out of the message 3-4 times every few minutes.
