What does it mean when your Apple TV light is rapidly flashing

If the status light flashes quickly, then it might be updating (do you know if it was already on tvOS 13.2?),

or it fails to start up properly (“recovery mode”). For that last possibility, you would need to restore the unit. Restore your Apple TV through iTunes - Apple Support
