Why don't I have access to family sharing

I can't access my family sharing I'm the family organizer

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Are you using the same Apple ID that you used to set up family sharing when this happens?


If necessary, contact Apple ID Support.

Or fill out and submit this form.          The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.
