Status bar still shows Return Started
The order is about returning my phone.
I dropped off the phone at an Apple retail store on 11/19/2019, and the staff here told me they would send the item to Apple on 20/11/2019. A guy from order service department said the warehouse worker is processing my phone.
But the order status still shows 'Return Started', and I don't receive any email that informs me about the order updates or received by Apple.
