disable contact suggestions in sharing menu

How can I disable contact suggestions while sharing a photo. Now I see my recent contacts. I dont prefere that.

Since the iOS13 update al lot has change in de sharing menu's. What used to be easy is now impossible of difficult. Like for example sharing a document via Linked in
