iTunes Balance

I put 10 euros on my iTunes account but my Balance still says € 0.00. The amount has been debited from my bankaccount though.

Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes and back in to see if that refreshes your balance.


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
