Hi Apple-2005,

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're trying to update your iOS but it seems to be stuck on "Estimated Time Remaining." I know how important it is to keep your device up-to-date; I'd like to help. I'd recommend using the steps below to remove the update and try downloading and installing again:

"Remove and download the update again

If you still can't install the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, try downloading the update again:

    1. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
    2. Find the update in the list of apps.
    3. Tap the update, then tap Delete Update.
    4. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.

If you don’t see the update in the list of apps or if the issue happens again, you need to update your device with your computer using Finder or iTunes."

If you had used a beta program in the past, I'd suggest using the steps titled "Remove the public beta by deleting the beta profile" before attempting to update: How to uninstall iOS beta software

If you continue to have trouble, try updating using your computer: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Best Regards.
