After updating my iPhone 11 to ios 13.2.3 the message app has a bug. The entry bar isn't at the bottom anymore - it appears near the top, covering older messages when scrolling back through.
How do I put the entry bar back at the bottom?

Force quit the Messages app and restart your iPhone:

See if Messages looks as expected then. If it doesn’t, back up your iPhone and reinstall iOS using the steps from these links:
