I want o give my MacBook Air with Catalina 10.15.1 to my spouse. We therefore need to add her email and password and remove mine, likewise for iCloud. WE both use Firefox and Safari (laest versions). Many data, Apps and photos do not need to be replaced as we use most of the same.

What's the easiest way to do that? Thanks

As long as you sign into the gmail and iCloud accounts.
