iCloud on my Windows 10 PC keeps logging me out so I have to keep entering my password every 15 minutes or so. I also have to enter a 2 factor passcode as well. I also get an error that to repair iCloud to work with Outlook, though I don’t plan to use iCloud email with Outlook.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you are being asked for a password to use iCloud with Outlook. You can uncheck Mail in the iCloud preferences.
