A big problem with Sım Card

Hello,


I bought Iphone-8 in Australia on 2018 and i have been using 1.5 years but a big problem just appear. It has started to say No service No Sim Card Installed thats why i cant use this phone anymore.

Apple Turkey cant support me cause they said that i bought this phone from Australia.


Nobody has any idea what is the problem which is related with this phone. I tried to everyway for solve this problem but it didnt work.


I tried to every way that what Apple support write in their page.


I need support from Apple Au if the problem related with software problem.


Please give me an advice about this cause i have never been had this kind of problem until now.


I am waiting your kindly reply.

  1. Check for a carrier settings update. Go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see a prompt to select OK or Update. --> https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250001904
  2. Try using another SIM card. If you don't have one, go to your carrier's retail store and ask them to test with another SIM card. You might need to replace your SIM card.


If you still see an alert about your SIM card, contact Apple support.
