Calendar notification
How do I get rid of a meeting notification that keeps popping up on my screen?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with this pop-up "Your response to the invitation cannot be sent."
Try switching off syncing to your calendars. It doesn't appear that you are syncing to iCloud Calendar, but if you are you'd switch that off in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
For the third party accounts, you'd switch calendar syncing off in Settings > Passwords & Accounts and your synced email accounts.
Once done, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone and return to sync all your calendars again.
